Please note, only orders that arrive to you damaged, have been prequalified for return through our Customer Service Department, have been placed directly with Camelina Omega Equine/Ole World Oils, and that include a Purchase Receipt are eligible for return. Camelina Omega Equine products must be returned by the original purchaser. Product damaged in any way by the customer cannot be exchanged nor refunded.
You will receive a refund of the adjusted amount on your credit card within 2-3 weeks of our receipt of the returned product.
